In a holistic session, we find ways of dealing with the issues that you are struggling with. There are an arrays of tools that can be used to help you find clarity, create structure, and take focused action towards a new way of being. We will find the tools that better fit your wellness toolbox.

Level: BEGINNER /INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED

Location: ZOOM

This is a 60 minutes practice of your choice.

Vinyasa flow session. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized with movement".
It is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. The poses are smoothly flowing non-stop, linking postures, therefore it is a bit intense, builds strength in the physical body as it cools down the mind.
